The structure of the Leaf

• Structure in double sheet electrogalvanized steel, thickness 12/10 on the outside and 10/10 on the inside, with vertical reinforcements with internal inserts in hardened steel anti-cut.
• Thermal and acoustic insulation, guaranteed by internal insulation in rock wool and flame retardant, and from the additional insulating below the outer lining
• The sash is equipped with 2 robust hinges fully-concealed, adjustable in height and laterally, and 5 fixed bolts. Thanks to their particular geometry, the hinges disappear from sight while maintaining the robustness, the functionality and the registrability of the hinges to the traditional. (optional: 3 adjustable hinges).
• Protection plate of the lock in hardened steel anti-cut.
• Registry deadbolt with micrometric adjustment-plate anti-manipulation
• Edges fermapannello external in satin stainless steel. (optional: metal, plastic color brown, dark brown or lacquered)
• Soft rubber gasket in the crease of the inner panel to the air-tightness, dust and noise
• Door handles inner and outer, available in various types and colors
• Threshold mobile weather strip between the door and the floor, the air-tightness.

The frame and sub-frame

The frame and sub-frame bent and welded steel sheet, 2 mm thick, coated with varnish polyester for outdoor colour dark brown head and are adjustable in height and depth.

The sub-frame is available in two versions diversified so as to adapt to different architectural structures in both new construction, both in renovation projects.

Security lock motorized electronic management

The logic behind the use of the door – exclusive patent Torterolo & Re, is designed to offer a series of practical features and functional: that's why it's fully manageable via a simple touch-screen display inside. Through screens from the graphical, intuitive, it is possible to: generate the cycle of opening and closing, check the status of the port, to have access to the images captured by the fotospioncino, enter the programming mode of the system options. The opening of the door from the outside takes place by radio remote controls are used with an internal command, and programmable time slot. The power supply is in network with alkaline buffer.

You can set the following modes of operation:

• Draw back the Bolts and spring latch, Automatic Locking of the bolts
• Draw back the Bolts but not the spring latch (to be implemented manually), Automatic Locking of the bolts.
• The bolts have to be implemented with the remote control, manually or by using the touch-screen display located inside.
• Opening and closing only with the deadbolt, the Bolts have to be implemented manually using the key.

The port is also equipped with a cylinder for mechanical emergency opening.
