Safety lock with european-profile cylinder and lock the secondary cylinder.
One small key operates the entire locking system. The bolts, made of die casting with a section elongated to increase resistance, staying within a pin of hardened anti-cut. The lock is equipped with a moving gear that makes it very fluid to the sliding of the bolts, minimizing the effort exerted by the key. Distinctive feature of the mechanism is the security cylinder european profile – Smart, Excel or Prestige Torterolo & Re - fitted with a protection device, anti-drill and anti-extraction.
The structure of the Leaf
- Structure in double sheet electrogalvanized steel, thickness 12/10 on the outside and 10/10 on the inside, with vertical reinforcements with internal inserts in hardened steel anti-cut.
- Thermal and acoustic insulation, guaranteed by internal insulation in rock wool and flame retardant, and from the additional insulating below the outer lining
- The sash is equipped with 2 robust hinges fully-concealed, adjustable in height and laterally, and 5 fixed bolts. Thanks to their particular geometry, the hinges disappear from sight while maintaining the robustness, the functionality and the registrability of the hinges to the traditional. (optional: 3 adjustable hinges).

The frame and sub-frame
The frame and sub-frame bent and welded steel sheet, 2 mm thick, coated with varnish polyester for outdoor colour dark brown head and are adjustable in height and depth.
The sub-frame is available in two versions diversified so as to adapt to different architectural structures in both new construction, both in renovation projects.
